Mel has worked at Advania for ten years. Mel started as a Graduate Account Manager and progressed to her current role as Sales Director in the past two years. This role involves supporting the SMB account management team to build relationships with new and existing clients, whilst ensuring they receive the best possible service in regards to all aspects of their IT.
This includes, providing strategic advice, proposing solutions that meet the business needs, suggesting new ways in which they could improve their existing IT infrastructure by being knowledgeable of the market and generally being their primary and trusted contact.

Dan is an experienced support and technical specialist.
In January 2023, Dan joined Advania to take over the Pre-Sales role for Fresh. Dan helps our clients understand their intranet needs and highlights how Fresh can help them fulfil their requirements.
In the summer of 2023, Dan expanded his role to include the employee experience elements of Advania’s portfolio. These include Business Change and Adoption, the Viva Suite and SharePoint, as well as Fresh. Dan also works with the Copilot and AI areas of the business when required.

Pete is an experienced technology professional having been part of the Advania family since 1995. Pete started his career in a technically focused delivery role specialising in Novell, Cisco LAN/WAN and security technologies. More recently he moved to into a Technical Design Authority position using his experience to help clients make maximum use of varying technologies to solve many different and varied business issues.
Today, Pete leads a team of highly skilled Pre Sales experts within Advania, working with our clients to develop business aligned technology strategies.
